with shredded cabbage, cheese, tomatoes, and salsa verde.
Served with Spanish style rice
Italian Skillet Chicken with Vegetables
Thin pounded chicken breasts pan seared, deglazed with
white wine and finished in the oven with leeks, squash, tomato, herbs, and
carrots.
Mediterranean Vegetable Pasta
Mostaccioli pasta tossed with sautéed artichoke hearts,
onion, olives, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, basil, pine nuts, pecorino romano,
and extra virgin olive oil.

with Pancetta
Grilled patty with melted provolone cheese topped with
pancetta, and sliced tomato. Served on grilled foccacia with pesto aioli.
